Special Delivery and Installation Arrangement in response to COVID-19
In order to effectively protect the health of all customers and employees, we will make special arrangements for the delivery and installation services of relevant orders by the following guidelines, which may cause delay* in service. Please Whatsapp 5138 6799 to contact our customer service team for latest arrangement. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.

If customers are quarantine, please contact us as soon as possible in order to change the delivery schedule or receive the goods without contact.
***Customers who need to purchase lamps or other products, please contact our customer service team in advance to check the inventory level of the goods, thank you for your understanding.
(*Note: If a refund is made due to insufficient inventory, the shipping/handling fee involved by Paypal will not be refunded, thank you.)
After receiving your order, we will confirm the order and delivery time by email within 1-2 business days;
In-stock goods are usually shipped within 2-5 business days.
Delivery or installation service appointment
1. After receiving the order, we will contact the customer by WhatsApp or email to arrange the time.
2. For all scheduled delivery or installation services, if they are changed and cancelled without at least one (1) working day's notice, or the customer cannot be contacted within the scheduled time, the delivery or installation service will be cancelled and the customer will be required to pay the handling charge $200 in advanced for rescheduling.
Free shipping for orders over HKD $ 800* (Free delivery service excludes Lantau Island, Islands District and other remote areas, please contact our customer service team for additional shipping charges, thank you. )
(If you need lighting installation services, please refer to the "FAQ" page. Installation fee is not included in the product price, thank you.)

Self pickup
In-stock goods are usually ready within 1-3 business days
We will notify you by email/phone/WhatsApp when the goods are ready to be picked up
Pre-order item
Delivery time is notified within 1-3 business days
Administration fee for order amendment
Additional charge $200 is applied to any amendment requested by Customer after order confirmation. (Please check your products carefully in the shopping cart before payment.)
Return
If the product does not match the order, the customer can return the product (original unpackaged and unused product) within 3 days from the date of shipment for a full refund.
The refund amount will be refunded via original payment method.
All sales are final, no refund or exchange for the products is allowed.
*The shipping/handling fees involved will not be refunded.
